HOW TO ORDER
- You can send us PM or SMS when you are sure to place an order. Send the necessary details and ensure that all information supplied are accurately correct. (e.g. Name, Address, Mobile Number, E-mail Address, Mode of Payment, Order Details - Brand/Item Code/Color/Price, Shipping Details)
- A confirmation text will be sent to you confirming your orders. Details of payment instructions will be given later on. (Please see payment options)
- Items will only be shipped once payment is confirmed. Please advice if payment has been made.
- Please refrain from expecting to receive your items the day after you have paid. Lead time for shipping is 1-2 days. If you cannot wait, please do not place an order.
- Order status and tracking numbers will be send via SMS, for transparency and easier tracking.

- Queries that are irrelevant will not be entertained.
- Strictly, NO DOWN PAYMENT, NO RESERVATION policy is observed.
- For fast moving items, reservations are only up to three days. As a buyer, it is your responsibility to make a follow-up on your reservations. If you made a promise to get your items on a promised date, please do so. We do not remind or make follow-ups. If we do not hear from you, we move on to the next interested buyer.
- Failure to comply full payment 3 days after the promised date will forfeit your DP and reservation.
